A Project Summary
Challenge:
Monthly Employee contest for Retailer to reward employee’s for credit card sign up’s. We would send varying amounts of live gift cards (up to 3500) and personalized recognition certificates/letters over multiple levels to over 300 stores tracking card barcodes down to the employee name.
Execution:
Created a merge packet of variable sheets and labels based on a store level, plus broke down by employee to run automatically once the data is uploaded. Created a scanning program that recognized the type of card and number each employee should receive in order to eliminate pulled wrong card or number of cards.
